Small Engine, honda gx340 carburetor idle/air screw?

Ok, my utv was surging real bad so I decided to clean the carb, only to find out that the idle/mixture screw is missing. I have generator with the same engine and it looks like these screws are fixed, that and I cant find them listed in the parts book,
