Where can I find a car cover with a slot or pocket in it to display a parking permit?

The cover is for a 2008 Toyota Prius

I would guess you will have to buy a car cover then take it to a canvas shop (check with boat dealers to find one), then have them sew in say a 12" x 12" clear plastic piece.

If you put the permit in a pocket will it get stolen?
