What is the definition of a fixed pulley?
Here is an example of the kind of definition I would like: A Pulley's definition would be: A rope and a wheel. That is a pulley. I would like to know the definition of a fixed pulley, please.

Using a "rope and a wheel" for the definition, a fixed pulley would be one that rotates, but doesn't move in its position, when the rope is pulled.
Such as, a pulley fixed to a ceiling with a rope around it to lift something to the ceiling.
