heating radiator system

I have a v8 Powertech 4.7 the alluminum block. 2000 Durango. Can I replace this engine with a 5.2L (3.18)?

we have 160k on this 4.7 and it seems that it is a suprise that it has lasted this long compared to popular thoughts. I would like to change the engine out and go with Dodge's 5.2L or 5.7L I would like to know your thoughts on this I don't Know if the

no there is changing the wire harness ,computer, fuel pump ,,and so on
