What motor oil and oil filter would be best for a 1997 Acura RL?

I want to change my car's oil and oil filters on my own and I want to know what would work best. It's a 3.5L V6 engine and currently has 78000 miles. I plan to change it in the 80K-81K mile range. What products would work best?
