How to adjust the front brake of a 2004 Honda Shadow Aero?

Hear a slight rub at low speed.
Also, how do you increase the idle. I have to keep the choke pulled out for close to 30 minutes.

PS: are there any good motorcycle repair websites.

Try a good repair shop instead of websites....

your idle should be on the left side of the carb, either a cable with a screw on the end hanging down, or directly on the carb, theres a screw.
